This is the coveted Shih Tzu R4 Me: "Puppy's Choice Award",
We award this prize to sites that contribute to the community of the World Wide Web in a positive manner.
What we look for to choose our recipients is the following:
Easy Navigation (We need to be able to find our way around!)
Originality (Please don't submit some 'cookie cutter' site. We want to see what YOU can do!)
Active (We like to be able to see that the content is fresh)
Pleasant to visit (We know this is completely subjective, thats why we have a panel of judges!)
True Content (Not just a collection of links to 'other' sites
Clean (By this we mean, no dead links, not too many typos, ect. We want to see sites that people have made an effort to do well.)
As to what we will NOT allow. We will not award sites, nor even fully review sites, that contain the following:
Pornography
Pirated materials or Warez sites
Bigotry, or 'Hate' material
Any site with links to the above content
